Accounting Assistant
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team. The right candidate will have strong English communication skills, a client-first attitude, and a background in basic accounting and administration.
Key Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong communication and phone-handling skills
- 1+ year of experience in office or accounting work
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic computer skills
- Knowledge of Sage 50 (preferred)
- Familiar with payroll, GST filing, A/R & A/P
- Fast learner, accurate, and organized

Staff Accountant
We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team. The right candidate will have solid experience in bookkeeping, tax preparation, and client communication, with a strong understanding of Canadian accounting practices.
Key Qualifications
- 2+ years of accounting experience (preferably in public practice)
- Strong knowledge of Canadian ASPE and tax compliance
- Proficient in Sage 50, QuickBooks, and Excel
- Experience with GST/PST, payroll, A/P & A/R
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Able to manage multiple client files

Senior Accountant
We’re looking for a Senior Accountant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in public practice, excellent accounting knowledge, and the ability to lead and support junior staff.
Key Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounting experience (preferably in public practice)
- Skilled in full-cycle accounting, T1 & T2 filing, GST/PST/WCB
- Proficient in Sage 50, QuickBooks, and Excel
- Strong understanding of Canadian tax and GAAP
- Excellent communication skills in English
- CPA designation (or in progress) is an asset
- Able to review and guide junior team members
